Aroma: Ethereal, herbaceous scent combined with smoky notes of the tea, tobacco and wood. Fine notes of blue grapes.
 
Taste: Fine fruitiness, tart opening with smoky notes of the tea in centre piece and finish. The tannins of black tea as well as the fruitiness of the grape linger on the palate for a long time.
 
Food pairing: with Asian dishes with soya sauce, lamb, bacon, smoked cheese
