Aroma: Intensive black elderberry with a fragrance of marzipan, Tonka bean and slightly nutty notes.
Taste: Full-bodied, dark fruity elderberry flavour, fine sweetness. Structured tannins and elegant spice on the mid-palate and long finish.

Unripe Apple | Oakleaf
Aroma: Intense aroma of ripe apples. In combination with the wood notes, exciting spicy and herbal flavours emerge.
Taste: Rich apple Flavour with fine lemony acidity. Wood tannins in the long, fresh finish.
Food pairing: mild leaf salad with light, fruity dressing, with poached white saltwater fish as well as veal fillet with thyme jus, white asparagus with melted butter.

Aroma: The aromas of this speciality from the manacal parcel are reminiscent of chestnut blossom, caramel und tobacco. After cold extraction and pressing, characteristic smoky notes remain.
Taste: Dominant und malty.Food pairing: all combinations with coffee: from a starter to a coffee-crusted fillet of veal and deserts like Tiramisu, coffee ice cream … Also with dishes made with roasted hazel nuts or other nuts.
