Aroma: citrus fruit with intensive notes of white blossoms, underlaid with a hint of vanilla and fresh apple
Taste: A lean, light and tangy alcohol free variation from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger, with less sweetness and more lemony freshness instead. Fresh notes of jasmine blossom emerge in the medium-length finish
Food pairing: mild leaf salad with light, fruity dressing, with poached white saltwater fish as well as veal fillet with thyme jus, white asparagus with melted butter

Aroma: dominant is the freshness of rhubarb with a light fragrance of apple blossom and rose petals

Juniper | Hydrolat | Bitter
Aroma: The flavours burst out as soon as it is poured into the glass. It starts with lemony freshness, closely followed by ethereal juniper. The main flavour of bitter orange sets a central accent. From here, the finely resinous and spicy woody notes take us back to the Swabian Alb and the juniper bushes. It continues with floral notes that are reminiscent of lavender and have an ethereal effect. Heading south, the gin leaves us smelling bitter, with fruity, ripe yellow fruits such as apricot and juicy mirabelle plums.
Taste: The gin bitter already gives it away in its name. The initial fruity, sweetish prelude is followed by a strong, flavoursome middle section. The bitter flavours play a key role here. The flavour is reminiscent of Campari due to the tart notes of bitter orange, but much finer and more ethereal due to juniper and Douglas fir. In the very long aftertaste, the fine cucumber flavour hits the line where you want to try it again to taste even more of the aromas.

Aroma: Ethereal dense nose of meadowsweet, juniper and dark fruity cherry, red peppers, smoky notes, tobacco and wood reminiscent of a dense Blaufränkisch grape
Taste: Strong, dark berries underlaid with earthy notes and much extract. Smoky notes accompany the fine but lingering tannin. Dry with long finish
Food pairing: beef filet, dark poultry with strong flavoured sauce, lamb with grilled vegetables, dark chocolate dessert

Aroma: Tart fresh notes of gooseberry and green bell pepper. Light honey notes of ripe quince and peach.
Taste: Opening with notes of herbaceous freshness, gooseberry and green bell pepper. The mineral saltiness unites with the gooseberry’s strong acidity. Long, dry finish with delicate tannins and pronounced minerality.
