More than alcohol-free wine - dry, still food companions based on dealcoholized grape wines, refined with fresh juices, hydrolates, herbs, flowers and spices.

The alcohol is gently extracted at 32-37 degrees under vacuum. In this way, the aromas that are important for the character of the wine are retained and strongly expressed through the refinement.

In 2021, we invested in our dealcoholization plant and have been trying out completely new possibilities for alcohol-free enjoyment ever since. We are proud to present two new creations!

ViSecco is made on the basis of dealcoholized wine. This is why we are now clearly differentiating this line from PriSecco with the new name.
