With the Grande Réserve, Manufaktur Jörg Geiger presents its first alcohol-free prestige cuvée under the Maison Geiger name—created to meet precisely this standard. Conceived as a distinctive composition of the highest calibre, it combines artisanal precision with a French art de vivre that places structure, clarity and poise above superficial effects.
Aroma: Dried pear and a hint of yellow apple open the bouquet, complemented by white blossoms. Delicate brioche notes from extended ageing on the lees emerge in the background, underpinned by an elegant herbal freshness and a saline, chalky minerality.
Palate: Dry and taut on the opening, yet harmonious and complex. The fine perlage is seamlessly integrated and beautifully balanced. A subtle acidity is accompanied by delicate leafy and tea-like notes, lending length and tension. Integrated bitter notes and a creamy texture provide balance and make this cuvée an exceptionally versatile companion to food.
