A modern interpretation, gently de-alcoholised. Sour heritage apple and tart wine pear varieties form the base. After ripening to develop their full aroma the fragrant fruits are carefully pressed and fermented. Then the alcohol is extracted in our dealcoholisation unit at a temperature of 37°C. No added flavours, no concentrate, no added sugar.
Aroma: fragrant fresh pear, white blossoms, yeast notes.
Taste: sweet sour interplay of apple with a slightly tart body of wine pear. Off-dry, demi sec – light, refreshing and sparkling.
Food pairing: with barbequed meat or vegetables or on a picnic.
Drinking temperature: 7-8°C
