The juice of herb MeadowFruit pears build the foundation. The apple juice is fermented and the sugar turns to alcohol. Then we gently remove the alcohol the same way, as with the strong red wine varieties Grenache and Mourvèdre in our modern dealcoholisation unit. Hawthorn and rose, oregano and meadowsweet, which are also known as medicinal plant and for their heart strengthening and vasiodilatory effect, are used to enhance the aroma and reverbaration of the Rotbitter.
